Porto is a proud city with a rich history, but it is also young and energetic, with a strong sporting passion, liberal attitudes and a blossoming artisan scene. Located along the Douro River in northern Portugal, Porto is one of the oldest European centres.
Porto is also home to FC Porto, of one of the country's most successful football clubs, who play their home matches at the hugely impressive Estádio do Dragão.

For groups travelling from Asia, Australasia or North America a football experience trip to FC Porto can be combined with other destinations in Portugal or professional clubs just across the border in Spain.
